Ahad Raza Mir will play Hamlet in Shakespeare’s play at the Rose Brampton after four years of triumph in Pakistan’s film industry.

Mir returned back to Pakistan to seek a career in movies after beginning his acting career on stage in Calgary. He appeared in the Netflix series Resident Evil and the BBC series World On Fire during his protracted unemployment, which helped him raise his profile internationally.
He is currently performing in front of a crowd of 1,000 people every night in Brampton, which has a substantial South Asian population.
Even though Mir received a Betty Mitchell Award for his portrayal of Hamlet in Calgary before to the outbreak, he has agreed to take on the challenge once more and admits that he is nervous about the large crowds. But he finds solace in the persona he plays.
In a Toronto Life interview, Mir said he wants the audience to lose themselves in the story and forget that they are watching him. He hoped that through performing, he would inspire South Asian viewers to pursue their artistic goals regardless of the repercussions.
The people of his home country have supported Mir in all of his endeavors, he claimed, and he saw himself as a “poster-boy” for Pakistan in the West.
On October 18, Mir is due to leave Brampton for Rome to start filming “Jo Bachay Hain Sang Samait Lo,” the first Netflix original series with a Pakistani theme. Mir is expected to have a significant role in this series.
