Katrina Kaif promised fans a more dynamic display of action scenes than ever before as she took to Instagram to share a glimpse into her intense training schedule for the upcoming movie “Tiger 3” starring Salman Khan.
She posted a number of videos showing off her rigorous training regimen and planning. To see a glimpse of her training, scroll through.
Kaif is shown in the videos going through recovery sessions with her trainer, working out different ways, and acting out action sequences.
Notably, there’s a towel-clad still from a much awaited fight scene that takes place in a Turkish hammam. In addition to these images, Katrina included a heartfelt note describing her training experience and the mental toughness it required.
“When Tiger time comes, for me, it’s about pushing my limits, testing my endurance, and finding that strength within,” she said in her explanation.
I once heard someone say, “Pain is just another sensation.” Don’t run from the pain or be afraid of it. I was exhausted a lot of the time, but it felt harder this time.
“My body hurt, but I told myself to take it as a challenge and see how much I could handle today,” she said. We worked on creating an alter ego during training. She was going to war, so even though I was exhausted, SHE wasn’t! Much before your body stops you, your mind will stop you.
Once you make a decision, stick with it no matter what! And it’s always worth the effort. We always wanted to deliver even more dynamic action, and I believe we were able to do so.To improve
