Recently, they joined Green Entertainment’s Ramadan transmission, where they openly shared their experience of becoming parents, the story behind their daughter’s name, and their expectations about the baby’s gender.
Asad revealed that his father chose their daughter’s name. He said, “We initially considered Jahan Aara and Noor Jahan, but my father ultimately selected Noor e Jahan. Zara, on the other hand, kept suggesting traditional and difficult names.”
Zara added, “I knew we were having a girl, so I kept suggesting girls’ names. Asad, however, suggested boys’ names. Eventually, he figured it out from my choices, and his excitement grew.”
Asad also expressed his main concern—having a healthy baby, especially after their previous loss. He shared, “I just wanted a healthy child because of our past experience. Deep down, I thought we might have a boy since we previously lost a son, whom we named Orangzeb. That experience stayed with me, but then we welcomed our beautiful Noor e Jahan, who has now become our entire world.”
