Zara Noor Abbas admits that sometimes wardrobe choices don’t make the statement you intend. After enjoying her brother’s vibrant wedding festivities, the 33-year-old actor took time to unwind and film her first Get-Ready-With-Me (GRWM) video of 2025, which she later shared on Instagram.
As she applied makeup, Zara shared her New Year’s resolution, delivering a gentle pep talk to herself about staying optimistic and trusting that everything will work out. Shifting topics smoothly, she addressed her maxi dress from the reception, focusing on the fur accessory that drew criticism online. “I looked at the wedding pictures and thought, ‘Why did I choose this fur?’” she admitted candidly.
Zara acknowledged that such moments of regret are natural, especially when reflecting on wedding outfits. She explained that people often question their fashion choices in hindsight. Laughing at herself, she described the look as “papa ki pari” (daddy’s fairy) and groaned at the memory. However, she emphasized that not all was lost. “The dress itself was amazing! I loved it. I just wasn’t happy with how I styled it,” she confessed.
In the comments section, fans applauded Zara’s ability to embrace constructive criticism while others showered her with compliments. “Honestly, everything else was perfect,” one fan wrote. Another encouraged, “Haha! Own it! Love you!”
Despite this minor regret, Zara reflected on the wedding season with joy. In an earlier Instagram post, she shared a carousel of reception photos, featuring her dancing with family and enjoying the celebrations. “This day was more than just a wedding—it celebrated love, family, and resilience. Even though the rain tried its best to ruin our plans, we stayed strong and made it unforgettable,” she wrote.
Zara also reminisced about specific moments, saying, “I’ll never forget running in and out of the halls on Lahore’s coldest day, seeing the rain wash away the decor and food stalls, and watching my little brother become a husband while ensuring his bride was okay.”
She concluded her heartfelt post by honoring her loved ones. “The rain may have tested us, but it only made the day more memorable. I’m so grateful for the love and support from family and friends who made it special. This celebration wouldn’t have been the same without you all,” Zara expressed
