The panel of Kya Drama Hai, which includes Marina Khan, Nadia Khan, and Atiqa Odho, has stirred controversy for criticizing dramas and fellow artists. While speaking on the matter, Saba shared that social media has empowered people to speak freely, but some cross the line under the guise of critique. Referring indirectly to the Kya Drama Hai panel, she remarked that one woman is celebrated for her beauty (Atiqa Odho), one is known for her hosting (Nadia Khan), and one is a good director who hasn’t acted much (Marina Khan). Yet, they criticize actors without fully understanding the effort behind each performance.
Saba specifically defended Ayeza Khan, pointing out that people often accuse Ayeza of only “looking pretty” rather than delivering strong performances. According to Saba, Ayeza has proven her talent time and again.
She also took a jab at Mishi Khan for constantly speaking harshly about celebrities and unnecessarily involving herself in sensitive matters—like commenting on the death of Indian actress Shefali Jariwala.
