Brazilian influencer Luana Andrade has passed away due to cardiac arrest during a liposuction surgery.
Trendy Influencer Luana Andrade from Brazil sadly passed away at a Sao Paulo hospital following knee liposuction surgery. Four cardiac arrests were suffered by the 29-year-old influencer following complications that developed during the cosmetic procedure.
Ms. Andrade’s heart stopped about 2.5 hours into the surgery, according to Marca. The doctors attempted to resuscitate her after stopping the fat-removal procedure. The critical care unit received her transfer.
The media outlet went on to say that the influencer had a pulmonary embolism connected to thrombosis, as per the results of the medical investigation.
“The surgery was interrupted and the patient underwent tests that revealed massive thrombosis,” the hospital said in a statement. After being moved to the intensive care unit, she received hemodynamic therapy and medication.
On Tuesday, at 5:30 a.m., the influencer was declared deceased.
Joao Hadad, her boyfriend, posted on Instagram, saying, “I am living my worst nightmare and am torn apart.” A piece of me vanished.
