Mawra Hocane’s nikkah pictures are everywhere, and now fans are eagerly awaiting more fun shots from her shendi. Her nikkah look—a delicate pale blue lehenga paired with a koti-style shirt—has been the talk of the town for all the right reasons.
For this special occasion, the actor chose an exquisitely crafted ensemble by Rano’s Heirlooms. In a recent Instagram post, she shared how she made the outfit even more personal by incorporating heirloom pieces. Expressing her heartfelt gratitude to the brand, she wrote, “Rano Aunty and Jahannoor, you two literally curated my dream nikah outfit… absolutely magical. Thank you so so much!”
Mawra further explained how they restored her mother-in-law’s wedding dupatta and paired it with Ameer’s grandmother’s jewellery, which she wore at her wedding over half a century ago. This thoughtful touch added an extra layer of meaning to her already stunning look.
The lehenga itself featured intricate golden floral motifs with delicate pink and purple embroidery. A thick border of shocking pink, deep purple, and icy blue added a regal finish, elevating the overall design. Paired with a unique koti-style short shirt, the outfit was further enhanced by bright pink and green piping, creating a subtle yet striking contrast. Completing the ensemble was a scallop-edged green dupatta, slightly brighter than the lehenga, giving it a fresh, vibrant touch.
For accessories, Mawra chose dainty emerald green jewellery that complemented the delicate green piping on her shirt. A stack of plain gold bangles lent a classic charm, while a bright pink potli with intricate golden embroidery added a pop of color.
Her makeup was minimal and understated—barely-there with a glossy nude lip, soft pink eyeshadow, and a hint of blush, which perfectly suited the ethereal look.
Fans can’t wait to see what Mawra will wear at her other wedding events!
