Danish Taimoor remains one of Pakistan’s most celebrated television and film actors, boasting 8.5 million Instagram followers. Known for his intense romantic roles, he has starred in popular dramas like Deewangi, Kaisi Teri Khudgarzi, Jaan Nisar, Ab Dekh Khuda Kya Karta Hai, Teri Chhaon Mein, and Ishq Hai. His charismatic screen presence and versatility have earned him a loyal fan base. Currently, viewers are praising his performances in Sher and Mann Mast Malang.

Earlier today, Danish proudly flaunted his success by sharing a screenshot of his drama viewership numbers on Instagram. His post revealed that Sher amassed 25 million views in just two episodes, while Mann Mast Malang secured 23.4 million across three episodes. Captioning the story, he wrote, “1st and 2nd. Success doesn’t need a spotlight. It speaks LOUD and CLEAR.”

However, while many celebrated his back-to-back hits, others voiced strong criticism. Viewers argued that the scripts he continues to choose are increasingly bold and lack substance. Mann Mast Malang in particular has sparked backlash for its daring romantic scenes, with Sher also facing similar criticism for repeating past themes.

Some social media users called out Danish for allegedly promoting toxic narratives. One fan commented, “Celebrating views while a young girl is dead because of the toxic mindset these dramas helped normalize? This isn’t success, it’s exploitation. You have a daughter too. Take some responsibility.” Another added, “These lyrics and scenes normalize a dangerous mindset. Stop glorifying this in our society.”

Despite the growing viewership, Danish Taimoor’s choice of scripts has triggered a deeper debate on responsibility and representation. As fans continue to praise and critique his work, his success story remains under the spotlight—not just for numbers, but for the messages his dramas convey.
