Amar reflected on the frequent queries she receives about whether she embodies the same innocence and humility in real life, stating,
“I don’t know why, but, shockingly, everyone is asking me the same question: ‘Are you that innocent and humble in real life?’
The girl in the drama comes from a very humble background and wears a hijab. As an actor, it’s my job to perform any kind of character, but I don’t understand why people don’t believe that I’m innocent. I’m even more innocent in real life.”
Amar Khan also addressed the recent trolling she experienced due to her appearance in the drama. The trolling centered around her tight ponytail hairstyle, which made her forehead more visible.
She revealed, “I had a tight ponytail, and my forehead became quite visible with that particular hairstyle.
People trolled me for it, with many saying that I had undergone some procedure on my forehead.” Despite the criticism,
Amar chose not to engage directly with the trolls, opting instead to focus on her work and the support she received from fellow celebrities.
Vasay Chaudhary, the host of Gup Shab, also defended her, highlighting the irony in the accusations:
“Why would anyone go with a procedure that will make the forehead visible? People usually undergo procedures to cover baldness or other issues.”
