Ranbir Kapoor, a Bollywood actor, was unable to contain his joy after Alia Bhatt won Best Actress at the 69th National Film Awards, which were hosted in Delhi.
The winners of the 69th edition were recognised at the annual National Film Awards ceremony, one of the most awaited occasions in the Indian film industry, which was held at Vigyan Bhavan in New Delhi.
Alia’s remarkable performance in the movie “Gangu Bai Kathiyawadi” garnered her this prize, which she shared with Kriti Sanon for Best Actress.
Allu Arjun, on the other hand, won the award for Best Actor for his work in the film “Pushpa.”
Alia accepted the award gracefully from Indian President Draupadi Murmu while wearing an amazing saree created by renowned Indian designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee and sporting fresh flowers in her hair.
While this was happening, Ranbir Kapoor, who was in the audience, recorded it on tape. The video instantly went viral on social media, delighting fans and followers.
Several excellent films were honoured at the 2021 National Film honours, which were announced in August. These included “RRR,” “Sardar Udham,” “Gangu Bai Kathiawadi,” and “The Kashmir Files,” all of which won multiple honours.
The renowned actress Waheeda Rehman received the prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Award, India’s highest film honour, and “Rocketry: The Nambi Effect” was recognised as the Best Feature Film.
