Despite coming from a well-established media family, Ali has carved out his place in the industry through sheer dedication and hard work.
Today, he is regarded as one of Pakistan’s finest actors. Ali Abbas is the son of veteran actor Waseem Abbas and his grandfather,
Inayat Hussain Bhatti was a renowned Pakistani singer. Ali will soon be appearing in Hum TV’s upcoming serial Wo Ziddi Si.
Recently, Ali Abbas made an appearance on the show Nadan Mezban, hosted by Nida Yasir and Yasir Nawaz.
During the show, Ali revealed why he avoids sharing the screen with his father, Waseem Abbas.
Ali explained, “I try not to work with my father in the same drama. However, if we do end up working together, we’ve agreed not to look each other in the eyes.
That’s where we allow a little bit of cheating. We recently did a serial together with intense scenes, and it was difficult for me to act in front of him.
I can’t do scenes with him because of his big, expressive eyes
it’s hard not to see him as my father rather than the character he’s playing. I have immense respect for him, so I find it hard to argue with him on screen and off.”
