Bollywood actor and producer Aamir Khan’s daughter Ira Khan married her longtime partner and fiancé, Nupur Shikhare, in Mumbai on Wednesday, marking the auspicious occasion of union and joy. With their wedding dress dominating social media, the couple’s marriage was as distinctive as their personalities.
On this important occasion, the wealthiest family in India, the Ambani family, also graced the private family gathering. Social media videos purport to show Khan greeting billionaire Mukesh Ambani and his spouse Nita before entering. Nita looked sophisticated in a saree, and Mukesh Ambani looked dapper in a suit.
Ira, the daughter of Khan and his first wife Reena Dutta, chose an unconventional wedding dress that combined elements of contemporary and tradition. Ira wore a black wrist band and smartwatch instead of bangles and ornate bracelets.
Shikhare skipped the adorned automobiles and went on an eight-kilometer jog to get to the Taj End’s Hotel, the wedding site, where she entered wearing a black vest and white shorts.
If that wasn’t enough, the guy also signed the marriage licence while dressed like he was going to the gym. Shikhare was, thankfully, later spotted donning a blue sherwani.
Ira wore pale pink harem trousers with a blue velvet shirt as an accessory for the wedding.
