Foodies, get ready! Dallas-based Pakistani content creator Maryam Ishtiaq recently announced on Instagram that she will be competing in Season 4 of Next Level Chef, which is set to premiere on February 13.

The show will feature renowned chefs, including American chef Nyesha Arrington, Top Chef: All-Stars winner Richard Blais, and the legendary Gordon Ramsay. This exciting news has generated significant buzz in the culinary world.

Following her announcement in January, Ishtiaq took to Instagram once again, this time reflecting on how honored she feels to represent Pakistan on such a prestigious international platform. She shared, “I’ve always followed a unique career path, and I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to turn my dreams into reality while pursuing my passion for cooking.” She continued, “My world is about to change, and I couldn’t be more excited to represent my community on this prominent stage. Let’s do this!”

As a result, Ishtiaq quickly gained attention after sharing this milestone. In a recent post, she warmly welcomed new followers and took the time to reflect on her culinary journey so far. “The little girl inside me is beaming with pride over everything I’ve achieved. I am so grateful for the unwavering support I’ve received during this transformative journey,” she expressed. This heartfelt message resonated deeply with her audience.

Moreover, Ishtiaq addressed a question that many people often ask her: how did she manage to make it this far? She responded, “Embracing my multifaceted nature has truly opened up countless learning opportunities that I may have otherwise missed. As a visual learner, I thrive when I’m immersed in hands-on experiences.” She went on to say, “Whenever I set a goal, I take full charge of my journey. No one else can navigate my path the way I can.”

She also added an inspiring note about personal growth, explaining that anyone who wishes to evolve must embrace growth. “Growth is essential if you want to evolve. I firmly believe that everyone has the potential to grow, as long as they strive for it,” she emphasized. Furthermore, she shared her belief that exploring various avenues is key to finding the right direction in life. “The road to success is rarely straight. Often, it requires hitting smaller milestones along the way,” she pointed out. “I’ve traveled a similar route, and every experience has contributed to building my own business and pursuing my passion for cooking.”

In addition to this, Ishtiaq provided some valuable advice about comparing oneself to others. “If you find yourself constantly comparing your journey to someone else’s and asking, ‘Why them and not me?’ the answer is simple: you may not have put in enough effort,” she cautioned. “Please stop getting in your own way. Focusing on someone else’s achievements won’t alter your path. Instead, use this moment as a catalyst to take one step closer to your aspirations.”
