Marvel Studios’ much-anticipated series Ironheart has officially landed on Disney+, launching with a three-episode premiere on June 24, 2025, at 9 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. PT. The six-part series centers around Marvel’s rising young hero, Riri Williams, played by Dominique Thorne, who returns to Chicago following the events of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. As part of Marvel’s expanding Disney+ lineup, Ironheart sets the stage for a new generation of tech-driven storytelling within the MCU.

Riri, first introduced in the 2022 Marvel film, is a tech genius and MIT student who creates her own high-tech armored suit modeled after Tony Stark’s Iron Man. With this, she quickly earns recognition as one of Marvel’s most promising young heroes. However, Ironheart takes her story to new heights, exploring how her advanced technology intersects with mysterious and mystical forces. This includes a dramatic confrontation with the series’ antagonist, The Hood—portrayed by Anthony Ramos—who brings a dark, magical twist to Riri’s Marvel journey through a tech-heavy world.

The show also stars Lyric Ross, Alden Ehrenreich, Regan Aliyah, Manny Montana, and Anji White, while executive producers Ryan Coogler and Kevin Feige steer the project with their signature storytelling finesse.
As the series unfolds, fans can look forward to the final three episodes releasing on July 1, keeping the momentum going with back-to-back weekly drops. This release format suits viewers who prefer to binge as well as those who enjoy weekly episodes, helping maintain steady engagement throughout the season.
Ironheart strengthens the MCU’s Disney+ lineup, following titles like Agatha All Along and Daredevil: Born Again. Fans of Iron Man or Black Panther can also stream the entire Avengers collection on Disney+ for a deeper connection to the franchise.
With its thrilling mix of high-tech innovation and supernatural conflict, Ironheart promises to establish Riri Williams as a standout force in Marvel’s next generation of heroes.
