Love Guru marks the return of Mahira Khan and Humayun Saeed in a lighthearted romantic comedy, set to hit cinemas this Eid ul Azha. Produced by Humayun Saeed, Shahzad Naseeb, and Jerjees Seja—with Salman Iqbal as executive producer—the film promises laughter, romance, and a touch of nostalgia. Penned by Vasay Chaudhary, who previously wrote Jawani Phir Nahi Aani 1 & 2, the movie features a star-studded ensemble including Momina Iqbal, Mira Sethi, Sohai Ali Abro, Ammara Malik, Adnan Shah Tipu, Marina Khan, Annie Zaidi, Usman Peerzada, and Javed Sheikh. A surprise cameo by a major Pakistani star is also in store.

Recently, the team released a promotional song, AA Tenu, across ARY Digital’s social platforms. Sung by Arif Lohar, Fiza Ali, and Roach Killa, the vibrant video showcases Mahira and Humayun in various looks. The filmmakers created the song solely for marketing purposes and chose not to include it in the film.
Audiences have shared mixed reactions to the promotional video. Many fans expressed excitement for the film, praising Mahira and Humayun’s pairing and urging others to support Pakistani cinema, especially in light of recent tensions with India. “This looks amazing—definitely a must-watch in cinemas,” one user wrote. Another added, “Whatever anyone says, Mahira carries unmatched grace and charm.”

On the flip side, some viewers criticized the video, calling out the song’s choreography and questioning the lead actors’ suitability for romantic roles. “They should’ve cast Mehwish Hayat to complete the old-age trio,” a commenter joked. Others raised concerns over the bold visuals, questioning the film industry’s direction.

Despite the divided opinions, Love Guru remains one of the most talked-about upcoming Eid releases, with fans eagerly awaiting its full trailer.
