Recently, Omer Shahzad shared exclusive details about his wedding during a Ramadan transmission. As the conversation unfolded, senior actress Rubina Ashraf expressed her curiosity about his unexpected marriage.
Addressing him, she asked, “We knew about other celebrity weddings, but yours was unexpected. Would you like to share how it happened?”
Omer responded candidly, revealing that his family had been discussing the wedding for some time. However, the decision to hold the Nikah in Madina was a mutual one.
“It was my wish to have the Nikah in Madina,” he shared. “When I mentioned it to my fiancée, she became emotional because it was also her dream. At that time, I wasn’t aware of other industry weddings. In fact, I wasn’t even sure about my own wedding—it all happened by the will of Allah.”
He further elaborated on how everything fell into place unexpectedly. His brother traveled from Germany with his family, while his parents and his fiancée’s family also arrived in Madina.
“We had an intimate Nikah with just 21 guests. Since Madina has many restrictions, we faced challenges in organizing it. However, with the help of a friend, everything was arranged smoothly. My friend’s Alim wanted to recite the Nikah, and he graciously gave us time. By the grace of Almighty Allah, everything fell into place beautifully.”
Omer’s heartfelt revelation left fans in awe, as many admired his decision to celebrate such a significant milestone in the holiest city. His wedding story reflects deep faith and divine timing, making it even more special.
